From beginning to end BayCarpet delivered the promised goods and then some. Being wowed by their online reputation I decided to visit their store in person and was treated very nicely by Joan who took the time to clearly explain the process to me. Then came Phil, who visited my apartment to do the assessment and quoting in such an effective, rapid and professional way... I was wowed again.Finally, on the day agreed for the carpet deployment Fernando and Felix showed up on time and were very professional, thorough and diligent in providing me with a great customer experience.I don't usually write reviews but this one had to be written, because nowadays you rarely find (in NYC at least) a business that ACTUALLY CARES about customer service and delivers it's products and services at such 100% capacity. Thank you again Joan, Phil, Fernando and Felix for the great service and experience you guys have provided me with. My apartment now looks awesome!

I recently bought carpet from Bay Carpet. I called them on a Saturday, met with the sales rep on Monday and they installed it on Tuesday. I had called for quotes from several companies prior to going with Bay Carpet. Bay Carpet's quote was considerably under their competitors. I was impressed by the quality, price and variety of colors and styles offered. I was equally impressed by both the skill and speed of the carpet installers.Everyone I encountered at Bay Carpet was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was very pleased by my experience with Bay Carpet. No pressure, no problems and a job quickly and well done.

I have used Bay Carpet 3 times thus far and I must say they are very professional and responsive. Joan is patient and accommodating. The workers who install the carpet works very fast and the job is neat and I have always been extremely satisfied. My daughter loves the carpet that was just installed in her room.

We were very detailed in what we wanted, they executed beautifully and helped with decision making along the way.They worked around our schedule while being booked and busy; always making us feel like a priority. I was very pleased with their service. From the very first day when I spoke to someone by the name of Joan, she ensured me that everything will be fine. She even followed up with me. Suly is great also. They are very professional. The men who installed my carpets were very professional and respectful. I was very satisfied with my carpet installation. I highly recommend Bay Carpet. I will be calling them again to install some more carpets in my home in the near feature.

The team that arrived here on time were excellent. They were professional and there was no issues whatsoever they install vinyl flooring in living room and kitchen. And I also have carpet treads put in and Alex the team boss actually made an areas rug for me out the extra carpet. Plus they moved the island in my kitchen to put the floor underneath. I would highly recommend Bay Carpet. I also have three animals I. The house and was worried how I was going to keep them out of the way. They were done so fast it was no issue.

Bay Carpet did such a wonderful job on my carpet. The installers were on time, very hospitable & quick. I blinked my eyes and they were done. Also, the pricing was excellent. I’ve already referred them to a hand full of family & friends who are looking to have their floors done. I also will be using them again in the near future. I highly recommend.
